LCA Compliance:  We have been sending the LCA (Labor Condition Application) copies to all our employees, whenever they are relocating to new location. They want us to post an approved Labor Condition Application (LCA) for 2 weeks in two conspicuous locations at the worksite where the H-1B worker is going to perform the duties. Please ensure that LCAs are posted for 2 weeks and fax the signed acknowledgements back to us promptly, so that we are in good position, if there is ever an audit.  

Consequences of failing to post LCAs: Please understand that if we are not able to submit the required evidence that an LCA was posted at the actual workstation of the employee, DOL can declare your H1 as invalid and potentially intimate USCIS regarding this aspect. Please understand that such intimation can also have potential ramifications into your I140/I485 petitions!
